Tasks of the section:
- During up the scientific and financial annual executive plan in cooperation with the concerned divisions at the centers.
Drawing up an organizational work mechanism for the
stations which identifies the responsibilities and task
and submitting it to the general Administration for
approval.
Identifying the station's needs (Personal, machinery
and equipment) which are necessary for the implementations
of the work and following up the question of meeting
theses needs with the concerned divisions.
Drawing up a provisional and future plan for maintaining
and updating the stations at different levels taking
into consideration the difficulties that may impede
the development of these stations to them.
Making continued contacts with the concerned parties about all the matters pertaining to the lands allocated to the stations including protecting these lands against any encroachment, taking relevant decisions and trying to increase the area of these lands in a way that agree with the research activities intended to be carried out in the future.
Supervising the work of the personnel at the stations
and evaluating their performance periodically.
