This Section is
responsible for all the public relations activities which include
preparation for the scientific seminars and conferences organized by ACSAD
, receiving and seeing off ACSAD guests , accompanying the visiting
delegations , making hotel reservations and providing air tickets . It is
also responsible for following up all ACSAD dealings with the different
government institutions in Syria which is hosting ACSAD headquarters and
making all the necessary arrangements for the residence of some ACSAD
experts. It is responsible for the information activities and also the
coordination with different Arab and foreign mass media and it represents
ACSAD at the different exhibitions and documentation seminars in
cooperation with the Unit of the Library . Finally it is responsible for
printing all the ACSAD documents and publications .
It consists of
3 units : Public Relations, Information and Printing .
