This Section
participates in the preparation of the drafts of the local , Arab and
international agreements made by ACSAD with other parties . It organizes
all the contracts made by ACSAD and reviews all the legal matters arising
from the carrying out of the different activities by ACSAD and put forward
proposals for dealing with these matters . It also organizes the mechanism
of work of the different purchase operations including studying the offers
and supervising the purchase committees .
