General tasks:

  Developing the capabilities of ACSAD staff and the national technical cadres through transferring the results and findings of ACSAD research and studies.

This section undertakes the following tasks in cooperation with ACSAD divisions, programs and sections:

 

        Identifying and classifying the training needs and the available capacities.

        Preparing the general plan of training and supervising its implementation.

        Preparing ACSAD annual training guide.

        Preparing and developing ACSAD training database.

        Supervising ACSAD training centers and halls and satisfying their needs.

        Carrying out the necessary statistics and studies to improve the level of training.

        Making contacts with trainees, training centers and funding agencies in the course of following  up the implementation of the training programs.

        Following up the evaluation and development of training.

        Making contacts with the trainees so as to determine how much benefit they get from training.

        Training the technical cadres working in the field of the rural woman and training the rural woman in income-generating skills in order to help improve her standard of living.
